~July 26th 1900. Big H.C. Still raining we started for Bro. Angles. Waded the creek several times got into a wagon and rode to Griffithsville there tracked the country as far as Bro. Angles. Found him weak in the faith and on the point of withdrawing from the Church. We had walked a long way and were tired so went to bed.~
