~July 12th 1900. Hamlin, Lincoln Co. Found him very opposed to us he said our doctrine was rotten and that we were out to steal men’s women from them. He said he did not want us to talk before his children. We started on our way arriving at Hamlin, inquired the way to Russell Fryes. It rained very hard. Stopped with Brother Fry.~
